Doom

My first powerpoint game!

I recently appeared here just a couple of days ago I made an account on the site I decided to try out the role of a developer but I don’t know how to program I decided to make a game in Microsoft PowerPoint.

It’s easy to make a game in PowerPoint, but choosing a theme for the game was difficult because PowerPoint don’t think about making games and you won’t make Battlefield or some other game in it. I chose a random theme from one blogger I saw he made Doom in Microsoft Excel.

of course his game was cooler than mine, but I think that my game is good enough for me to play at least once.

I decided to do this: Monsters appear on the player’s screen and within 1 second he must move the cursor and click on them, that is, shoot. After 1 second, the monsters sat, the player died since saving would be difficult to do. I didn’t do that yet and made the game Super difficult because the monsters appeared very quickly, but I personally played through the game three times and I will say it is possible but it is difficult.

So that the game would not seem so simple and boring that you just have to shoot, I decided to add a Labyrinth between some maps, that is, the player defeated all the monsters and in order to go further he must go through the maze without touching the walls, otherwise the player will die and start all over again.

There are about 410 slides in the game I made the game in 4 days and decided to put it on this site since many bloggers exhibited their games on this site I liked the site everything was well done and convenient.

As a result, when I finished my game, I realized that I forgot to add the sounds of monster shots and so on, since it would take another day, I didn’t want to redo everything, I decided to add some song from doom.

in general, I’ll finish the game and set it up. I’m waiting, maybe someone will buy my game, it would be cool if someone bought it. After all, if no one buys it, it means 4 days in the wind. Well, I can finish here.
